Maple Immigration Consultants is a private consultancy and is NOT affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any other government entity. We provide independent advisory services and represent clients under the authority of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). We have no influence over government processing times, internal procedures, or the ultimate outcome of any application.
01Service Scope
Maple Immigration Consultants provides comprehensive Canadian immigration consulting services, including but not limited to PR Applications, Family Sponsorship, Travel Document Application and Citizenship Application services. Our role is to assess eligibility, provide strategic advice, and prepare documentation based on current Canadian immigration laws and regulations.
Our services are strictly confined to the parameters set forth in the initial Retainer Agreement signed by both parties. Any advice provided outside the scope of such an agreement is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a client-consultant relationship.

02User Responsibilities
To provide accurate and effective representation, the client (referred to as 'User') agrees to provide all necessary documentation and information in a timely, truthful, and complete manner.
- check_circleThe User confirms that all documents provided, including education credentials and work history, are authentic and verifiable.
- check_circleThe User must disclose any previous visa refusals or criminal history that may impact their eligibility.
- check_circleFailure to provide accurate information may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
03Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for changes in government policy that occur after the filing of an application, nor for the actions of third-party service providers (such as language testing centers or courier services).
We do not guarantee the success of any application, as the final decision rests solely with the immigration officers of IRCC or respective provincial authorities.
